My daughters quilt

I started this quilt last January and because of issues with my machines had to use 3 different machines on it, hence some issues that had to be taken apart. I used a lightweight cheap fabric from walmart for my base and to keep the center fabric lined up. Makes it a heavier quilt. All over meandering quilting with a couple hidden hearts in there. Turned out good but it was the toughest one for me yet.

One of the things I've discovered in quilting is that there is a great difference in the quality of the cotton bought at wal mart and a real quilt store. You will find this makes a difference in the way the fabric handles.
